Proyecto Bilingüe IES Madrid-Sur

MANGAS: I know Mangas aren’t for everyone, but for those who really like Anime, these were some of my favorites in high school. Most have an Anime that goes with it but some are just the books. - SuJenna Death Note is a story that follows Light Yagami, a teen genius who discovers a mysterious notebook: the "Death Note", which belonged to the Shinigami Ryuk, and grants the user the supernatural ability to kill anyone whose name is written in its pages. Ouran High School Host Club series follows Haruhi Fujioka, a scholarship student to the exclusive Ouran High School, and, through an accident, is forced to join the school's host club. Vampire Knight tells the story of Yuki Cross. The earliest thing she remembers is being attacked on a snowy night by a vampire, and being rescued by Kaname Kuran, who is also a vampire. DÍA DE LOS MUERTOS

Con motivo de la celebración del Día de los muertos y Halloween, los alumnos, con ayuda de las auxiliares de conversación, elaboraron un altar en el hall del instituto y además participaron en un concurso de Monstruos (1ºESO) y de Comics de Terror (2º ESO). Los alumnos/as de 1ºESO trabajaron cómo diseñar y describir a sus monstruos con superpoderes, algunos encantadores y otros terroríficos. Los ganadores de este concurso fueron: Darío Cortina (1ºG) Áfrika Iparraguirre (1ºE) Los alumnos/as de 2ºESO aprendieron a crear su propio cómic, no sólo dibujando sus personajes sino narrando su historia en viñetas. Las ganadoras fueron: Nuria Barrena (2ºA) Emely Pérez (2ºA)

Rocky Painting project

In this project the students have experienced a way of expressing feelings and thougths like humans did during Prehistory. They have learned how to create painting from natural pigments as ochre and carbons, crushing them with stones and mixing the pigments with oil and water. They have created all kinds of paintings from the past, like naturalistic paintings (Paleolithic period) and schematic paintings (Neolithic period), both representing animals and hunting scenes. They have also represented their own hands with positive and negative marks using different techniques like humans did in the past. With this project our students have experienced for themselves why and how was the beginning of art in the history of human beings.
